Choose between shopping by shape or by material

Shop by Shape

Love a certain style? Shopping by shape will allow you to find it and see similar shapes!

  • Click on a shape you like (e.g., Cooler bad, Pouch).
  • You’ll see a selection of other items in similar shapes.
  • Browse and find your perfect piece!

Shop by Material

Looking for a particular fabric? See everything we offer in that material!

  • Click on the type of material you want (e.g., Canvas, Neoprene).
  • You’ll see a selection of other products made with that material.
  • Find something you love and grab a quote!

Use the main menu

The main menu has both shape and material tabs so that you can choose where to you want to start.

  • Hover over a tab to see the available shapes or materials
  • Click on a tab to see all the options on a full page.
  • Choose your preference and start browsing!

View from home page

Looking for a particular fabric? See everything we offer in that material!

  • Scroll down on the home page until you see the Shape & Material section.
  • Click “Explore more Shapes” or “Explore more Materials”.
  • You’ll see a wider selection of shapes or materials.
  • Find your favorite and click in to see all the available options!

Once you've chosen a Shape or Material, you can filter by:

  • Price range
  • Decoration method (e.g, Spot, 4CP)
  • Item name (great for specific searches)
  • And more!

Use additional filters

Depending on the shape or material you choose, you may see even more specific filters (e.g., filter by collection)

Tip: Every shape or material selection might have different filter options, so click around to discover them all

Clearing your filters

Want to see all options again? Simply remove your filters! You can do this by:

  • Clicking the “X” next to each selection in the “Narrowed By” section.
  • Removing the selection directly in the filter area (usually by clicking on the chosen option again).

The price slider filter is your friend when you want to stay on budget!

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose your Shape or Material

Start by narrowing down your search using the “Shop by Shape” or “Shop by Material” options.

2. Slide to your budget

Once you’ve chose an item within a category, you’ll see the Price Slider Filter. Drag the slider handles to set your minimum and maximum price. As you move the sliders, the selection of items will update to show only those that fall within your chosen price range.

3. See what’s in range:

Only items priced between your chosen minimum and maximum will be displayed. This makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for without going over budget!

Example

You want to find pouches between $10 and $30. Simply move the slider on the left to $10 and the slider on the right to $30. Now you’ll only see pouches that fit your price range! You can continue to narrow down your selection through the use of additional filters.

But wait, there’s more! Use the additional filters to refine your search even further, even within your chosen budget range!

  • Expand the filters: Once you’ve set your price range, click the dropdown arrows next to the additional filters (e.g., Collection , Decoration Method).
  • Chose your filters: Click on the filters you’d like to apply. The selection will update to show only items that match both your price range and your chosen filters.
  • Find what you love: No need to spend hours searching - we’ve got you covered! With the combined power of the price slider and additional filters, you can quickly find exactly what you’re looking for

Love a certain shape but want to see it in different materials? Or maybe you have a favorite fabric and want to explore all the styles it comes in? We’ve got you covered!

Find the same shape in different materials:

Start by narrowing down your search using the “Shop by Shape” or “Shop by Material” options.

  • Browse by Shape or Material: Start by clicking into a particular item (e.g., Dollface Peek-a-Boo in Vegan Leather)
  • Discover More: Scroll down towards the bottom of the page. There, you’ll find a selection called “Same Shape, Different Materials” (or “Same Material, Different Shapes” depending on your starting point)
  • Explore Variations: This scroller will show you the shape you’re currently interested in, but made with a variety of different materials. Or, if you started with a material, you’ll see all the different shapes available in that material.

Never miss a match!

With our “Same Shape, Different Materials” and material category browsing, you can easily explore all the possibilities and find the perfect combination of shape and material to suite your style.

Want to try before you buy? We offer samples for many of our products, but you’ll need to be logged into your account to request them. Don’t have an account yet? learn how to create one here.

Here’s how to order a sample:

  • Find your desired item: Browse through our selection to find the item you’re interested in.
  • Check for sample availablity: Look for a button labled “Request Your Sample” on the item page. If you see this button, congratulations! Samples are available for this item.
  • Request your sample: Simply click the “Request Your Sample” button. This will take you to the item sample page where you can change the quantity and add to cart.
  • Complete checkout: Once you’ve added your sample(s) to your cart, proceed to checkout as usual.

Curious about using a product in a project? Request a virual version.

Here’s how to order a sample:

  • Log in to your account: You must be logged in to request a virtual.
  • Find the item you want: Browse the selection and find the item you'd like a virtual of.
  • Add to “My Projects”: Click the button labled “Add to My Projects” on the item page.
  • Organize your projects: Here you have two options:

Existing opportunity

If you have an existing project (called an “Opportunity”) where you’d like to use the virtual, choose “Add to My Opportunities” and select the appropriate Opportunity from the list.

New opportunity

If this is a new project, or you don’t have a relevant existing Opportunity, choose “Create a new list” to create a new project specifically for this virtual request.
  • Finalize your request:
    • You can now view all of your items in the Opportunity you placed them in.
    • If you’ve added other items to your project, you can review your selections before proceeding and add/remove items from your list as needed.
  • Create the Opportunity: Once you’re ready, click the “Create Opportunity” button. This will submit your request to our team

Alternative method:

  • If you’re not currently viewing a specific item, you can still create an Opportunity list:
    • Go to your “My Opportunities” section in your account area.
    • Click “Create a new list” to start a new project for your virtual request.
    • You’ll see a “Create Opportunity” button on the new list, even if there are no items added yet.

You will be notified!

Whenever you create an Opportunity, our team (the Numo team) will receive an alert. This lets them know you’re interested in using a virtual product and they can assist your further.

What to customize a virtual image for your project? Great news! Some of our products offer downloadable high-resolution, editable Photoshop (PSD) files. This allows you to edit and customize the virtual image to fit your specific needs.

Here's how to download a PSD file:

(Note: Downloading is best done on a desktop computer. Functionality may be limited on mobile devices)

Many but not all our items currently offer downloadable PSD files. If the item does offer an image, you’ll find images under the “Image Download” tab.

  • Locate “Image Downloads”: Scroll near the bottom of the item page. Look for a section titled “Image Downloads” (next to the Details & Additional Resources tabs).
  • Choose your image: Click the image Downloads tab. You may see several images available for download. Select the one you’d like to customize.
  • Click the “PSD file” link: This will take you to a Dropbox download link.
  • Download the PSD file: Click the dropbox download arrow to download the high-resolution PSD file to your computer.

Share the link

You can also share the download link with a colleague or client.

  • Desktop: Right-click one the “PSD file” link. A menu will appear, choose “Copy Link Address” to copy the download link.
  • Mobile: Tab and hold on the “PSD file” link. A menu will appear, choose “Copy Link Address” to copy the download link.

The power is in your hands!

Once you had downloaded the PSD file, you can open it in Adobe Photoshop and use the various layers to customize the virtual image to your liking. This give you complete creative control over the virtual representation of the product!

Who can register?

This registration is for certified Promotional Product Distributors only. If you are not a Promotional Product Distributor or haven’t obtained your certification yet, we recommend doing so before registering.

How to register:

  • Find the registration page: Click the “Login” button at the top of our website. This will typically take you to the login area, where you’ll
  • Fill out the form: Complete the registration form with your accurate information.
  • Click submit: Once you’ve filled out the form, click the “Submit” button.

What happens next?

  • We wil review your information and verify your promotional product distributor certification.
  • Once aproved, you’ll recieve an email with additional instructions.

Benefits of registration

  • Track your orders: See the status of your orders and track them in real-time.
  • Organize by client: Create project lists specifically for each client, keeping everything organized.
  • Review your history: Easily access your order history for future reference.
  • Request samples: Enjoy the convenience of requesting samples directly through your account.

If you received the wrong item, encountered a pricing mistake or have any other cercerns (like wrong quantity), the quickest way to get assistance is by submitting a support case.

Here’s how to submit a case:

  • Log in to your account: You must be logged in to submit a case.
  • Find the “Submit New Case” button: Once logged in, navigate to the “Cases” section. You should see a button labeled “Submit New Case” below.
  • Fill out the form: The case submission form will ask for details about your issue. Be sure to include clear information such as:
    • The appropriate type of inquiry
    • A brief description of the problem
  • Submit your case: Once you’ve completed the form, click the “Submit” button
  • Track your case: You can view and track the status of your submitted cases in the “Support Cases” tab within your account.

Your account is your central hub for everything related to your purchases with us!

Here’s a breakdown of what you can find and how to access it:

Order and invoice history:

  • Access: Log in to your account and navigate using the left-side menu.
  • Purchase history:See a complete record of your orders, including both open and closed ones. You can filter your purchases by date, status (open or closed) or PO number. Clicking on a specific PO number will reveal all the details for that order, including:
    • The quote it orginated from
    • The items purchased
    • Order status
    • Payment method
    • And more!
  • Invoices: Toggle to the “Billing” section using the left-side menu and then click “Invoices”. Similar to purchase history, you can filter invoices by date, PO number or status. Selecting and invoice number allows you to:
    • View the items listed on the invoice
    • Download a PDF copy for your records
    • Make a payment directly through your account

Transaction history:

  • Access: Still under the “Billing” section (left-side menu), you’ll find “Transaction History”. This section provides a detailed record of your financial transactions with us.
  • Filtering and Statements: You can filter your transaction history based on your needs and even email or print a statement summarizing your transactions within that filtered timeframe.

Everything in one place!:

With your account, you have easy access to all your order and invoice information, allowing you to stay organized and manage your purchases efficiently.

Looking for safety data sheets, test results or GRS certification documents for our products? We’ve got you covered!

Here’s where to find them:

  • Go to the website footer: Scroll all the way down to the bottom of any page on our website.
  • Look for “Safety+Testing”: Within the website footer, you’ll see a link titled “Safety + Testing”.
  • Explore the resources: Clicking this link will take you to a dedicated page with downloadable resources related to product safety, testing and certifications.
  • Downloadable PDFs: The resources will likely be provided as downloadable PDF files. You can then save them to your device for future reference.
